June 26, 2022 - Wonder Woman 5K

This will be the first of many this summer to prepare for the Air Force Half Marathon in Dayton, OH on my birthday! I'm going with Mom, Ashley and DJ and I'm so excited. Race time! Look at all the Water Lilies! I also saw a Great Blue Heron (not pictured). You can see the airport at the end of the tunnel. This is the reason I went 4.75 miles today instead of only 3. I wanted to get to the airport. Average pace 20:25 - recorded in MapMyWalk becasue I paused my workout on my watch for a mile without knowing it. I am not this fast. I entered my time wrong and could not change it. :)

July 10, 2022 - 5 miles training

Pictures coming later. 2 miles with Riley at the Londonderry Rail Trail - the second mile was slow. Then 3 more miles at home.
